Each box includes 100 golf balls which are made in the USA and certified biodegradable and non-toxic by a leading independent laboratory.   • Our ZERO™ golf balls are rigorously tested and certified biodegradable and non-toxic by RespirTek, a trusted independent laboratory based in Mississippi.  A detailed report of the test results is available upon request, ensuring transparency in our product and providing confidence that ZERO™ balls have no impact on the environment.     Eligibility for Returns

    • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

    • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

    Non-Returnable Items

    • Used golf balls or damaged items not due to our error.

    • Clearance or sale items.

    Return Process

    1. Contact us at info@splashcitygolf.com with your order number and reason for the return.

    2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions and a return shipping address.

    3. Ship the item back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

    Refunds

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

    Exchanges
    If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@splashcitygolf.com. We’ll assist you in replacing the item as quickly as possible.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damaged product. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Why create the ZERO™ ball?

Our journey began with a mission to create a biodegradable golf ball that was not only environmentally responsible but also offered an enjoyable hitting experience. As organizers of hundreds of waterfront driving range events, we initially used fish food balls, but we quickly learned that participants were dissatisfied with the feel and performance.

Determined to improve, we switched to balls made at Chinese factories that didn’t contain fish food. However, the lack of transparency around their eco-certifications and production processes became an issue for us.

A few years ago, we set out to develop a better solution: a high-performing, fully biodegradable golf ball with clear, verified certifications, proudly made in the USA. Our commitment to quality, sustainability, and transparency has driven us to create the ZERO™ ball, a product we’re excited to share with the world.

  • The rate of degradation of ZERO™ biodegradable golf balls depends on various factors, such as water temperature and body of water. In our own testing, the ZERO™ ball completely degraded in under 10 days when placed in the Chesapeake Bay. It should be expected that a ZERO™ ball will completely degrade within a month, regardless of conditions.

  • ZERO™ balls have been certified as biodegradable and non-toxic by RespirTek, a leading independent testing laboratory in Mississippi. A comprehensive report certifying the balls as biodegradable and non-toxic is available upon request. Request detailed report.

  • ZERO™ balls are designed to be hit once into a water environment. These balls are not meant to be played on a golf course. Due to their biodegradable and non-toxic attributes, ZERO™ balls do not fly or hold the green as well as a traditional golf ball.

  • ZERO™ balls do not have fish food. In our experience of running waterfront driving range events, participants often complain about the hitting experience of fish food balls. We have also heard from scientists that fish food introduces unwelcome nutrients into a marine ecosystem. Fish food is an unnecessary and potentially harmful element of a biodegradable golf ball.
